There are very few bands that can produce an album I'll listen to from start to finish even once without getting bored of the particular 'sound' of that band, not to mind one I can listen to on repeat and still love, but this is one such album. Didn’t realise how sought after the original pressing was, assumed it sold thousands and thousands of copies as I remember it being a big release. Such a legendary album with interesting and unique tracks, this album never fails to make me sing along and get invested into the sound. While the group's dazzling animated videos would certainly stop any television viewer in their tracks, the music on Gorillaz is equally arresting. However, the gaps in between transitions of songs that are supposed to go right into eachother, bothers the crap outta me, so I'm looking to upgrade.
