I understand these as limits for throttle, corresponding to 0-5V throttle output signal. Every throttle is a bit different, but real values are probably more like 1-4 V. So 1V corresponds to TPS dead low 20 (20%), and upper 4V as TPS dead high will be lets say 80 (80%). Thats how I understand it.[/quote]

The new sabvotons need some air flow, otherwise you'll reach the temperature limit in about 30minutes of hard riding during the hot days of summer. On my machine, the controller was encased at the rear, with no air flow whatsoever, so I had to build a water cooling system. System status and fault intelligent management system can effectively monitor the current system operating mode external input state ,the case of system failure, and the LED flashes at the same time to facilitate the diagnosis and maintenance. Pros - cool features, affordable, high power, phase current control, protection, variable regen, virtually silent (my freewheel is much louder than the motor) In terms of driving feeling, the Sabvoton is far superior because much smoother and has a very nice throttle feeling, without any lag.

Every reduction gear stage robs you of several percent efficiency. For a mid drive it's most efficient with just 1 stage, chain to drive gear. If you don't need high speed, then you don't need high voltage, you need a motor that has the correct KV. For that matter if you did want high speed you could do it with low voltage, it would just require more amps.
